Nutrition Basics

One of our Yishun Health fundamental Eat-Well-Live-Well principals is “QQF = Quality, Quantity, Frequency“. If you are faced with tempting foods that you have no control to modify the quality to healthier versions (ie. using healthier cooking methods, using healthier ingredients, etc), then eat lesser quantity. Also watch your frequency of eating such smaller quantities.

We hope these festive posters will help you and your loved ones to be more mindful in your food selections during the festive seasons.

Eat your way to health, the choice is yours!!!
